Who Would Need to Search for Marriage Records?

Here's another one of those search sites based in the US. This one searches for marriage records. And it's easy to use as well. You can search by name, city, state, county, or zip code. It's very convenient. But I wonder who would want to search for Public Marriage Records. Would you? I tried to come up with a list and the possibilities just makes me laugh.

Here are some people whom I thought would need this site:

• No. 1: The Suspecting Girlfriend
• No. 2: The Doubtful Wife
• No. 3: Serial Killers looking for Married couples
• No. 4: One who's about to enter a relationship. (Might be sensible to do so. (^O^)v)
