In the company of friends, I got to try out a few new addition to Alor's A Home Kitchen's Menu. With these additions, Alor's is definitely transitioning from home-cooking goodness to heavenly gourmet. If you haven't been to this restaurant in Davao, check out my recommendations for Alor's A Home Kitchen here.

ROAST BEEF - USDA CHOICE GRADE |
Roast Beef (USDA Choice Grade): Melt-in-your-mouth tenderness paired with an intoxicatingly good Pepper Gravy. Gather a group of 6 and your group would be better off eating this rather than eating the steaks at Sarung Banggi.
More pictures after the jump!
OVEN CRISP PORK BELLY |
Oven Crisp Pork Belly: Perfectly crisp crackling plus home-made sweet liver sauce. I personally prefer this without the sweet sauce. You might want to opt for the usual Filipino dipping sauce of soy sauce, vinegar, with some garlic and onions.
MANGO CREAM CAKE |
Mango Cream Cake: Creamy Mango filling sandwiched between light Sponge Cakes! Simple and unassuming. It's Mango perfection!
Left to Right: Mango Cream Cake, Chocopology, Fruity Fluff, Carrot Cake, Strawberry Shortcake |
CHOCOPOLOGY |
CHOCOPOLOGY: Four layers of chocolate goodness!
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE |
Next Target: Strawberry Shortcake
Looks delicious! Can't wait to try it.
