If I only had a day or two in Dumaguete City, Philippines, I would probably do the following again:
1. Hangout at Hayahay Treehouse and View Deck Restaurant or Lab-a Seafood Restaurant (same area) and eat Baked Fresh Oysters or Talaba!

2. Visit
Sans Rival Cakes and Pastries early in the morning for coffee and a taste of the best
Silvanas in the country. Don't forget to order some to take back home to your friends and family.

If I still have some time to spare, I'd pass by

Chorizo de Bilbao for snack as well! Yummy!
